At D'Addario, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure every musician is satisfied with their gear through a seamless and transparent exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
